The cost for a RESCheck is $150.00. In most cities there will also be two (2) inspections required to verify compliance with the IECC. These inspections are performed after insulation (before sheetrock) and at the final. In the City of Grand Prairie there is an additional inspection required at framing stage. The cost for these inspections is $75.00 each. If a house is not ready when the inspection is performed or fails an inspection, there will be a charge of $50.00 for each additional visit to the property.
